About the job
The National OEM Sales Manager will be responsible to strategically drive sales for the Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers within our OEM customer base. The manager is responsible for establishing the sales strategy, driving the business in strategic and tactical functions, and driving sales growth through existing customers and new emerging markets. The position will continue the transformation journey of our organization to a modern data driven organization, with a high focus on customer satisfaction.
As a part of the team, you will:
  • Develop the OEM sales business plan.
  • Manage a team of OEM Account Managers focusing on Market Presence, Sales Efficiency and Application Knowledge
  • Focus on digitalization and the data driven sales organization
  • Challenge the way business is conducted, creating new effective and efficient ways to work
  • Create & implement transformational initiatives that impact the business short and long-term, positioning us for continued growth
  • Create the long-term relationships & partnerships with key OEM customers
  • Responsible for multiple financial KPI’s
  • Work closely with our European central organization and collaborate sales activities to drive growth.
  • Work close with leadership in operations to understand capacity needs and support the operations team to improve forecasting and demand planning
  • Be creative and driving market demand for Brazed Heat Exchanger products
What you know
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred; Bachelor’s degree in another discipline complemented with relevant experience required.
  • Background including successful selling in an Industrial business to business environment.
  • Sales management experience, including working with operation teams and business development experience.
